Blam first, report if necessary. We added the rule to allow the removal of non-blammed crap. Blam in the priority, tho. Reporting crap here has taken the priority, and that needs to revert back to the way things are intended. This thread is for discussion first, and reporting second.

On the other hand, I've been here for far too long and seen far too many rule-breaking submissions that are easy blam targets passing the Portal, some with a score far from blam territory.

Agreed & it's not just rule breaking submissions. Seeing so much stuff now getting through with scores of anything from 2.0 to 3.5 (sometimes higher) which in the good old days WOULD NOT have passed judgement. People complain about '0' bombers but the real problem is Savewhores. My first 8 years on NG, I managed to rack up 27K Blams the following 14 years I've only racked up 3K Blams. Just a sign of the times. Youtube crowd jumped over to NG & started '5'ing everything basically spoiling it for the genuine voters. My voting ratio is a little over 2 to 1 Saves to Blams. Most voters who joined in the last 10 years have something more like 20 to 1 ratio or higher. It won't get any better though, just gotta suck it up & carry on fighting the good fight.
