With the level of quality of the shovelware, the thumbnail, consistently using Tailwind and other basic web technologies to build it, and how easy it is to get a LLM to generate a basic game like that for you (several prompts in the style of "Make a game in this style etc, now make this have this etc") has started to make my slop sirens run wild. I'm personally reporting as AI-made.

It would wring my wires less if it was made in something like, some game engine like GDevelop or Construct, assetflipping a tutorial or something, but with how much data modern LLMs have about web development this is making me want to scream.

A good rule of thumb: If it has either the C major marimba ambient thing or the A minor electro thing, it's probably shovelware, in that case you zero it. Dunno if it's reportable since there's no explicit category for "shovelware"

With the level of quality of the shovelware, the thumbnail, consistently using Tailwind and other basic web technologies to build it, and how easy it is to get a LLM to generate a basic game like that for you (several prompts in the style of "Make a game in this style etc, now make this have this etc") has started to make my slop sirens run wild. I'm personally reporting as AI-made.

It would wring my wires less if it was made in something like, some game engine like GDevelop or Construct, assetflipping a tutorial or something, but with how much data modern LLMs have about web development this is making me want to scream.

I HAVE INCREDIBLE NEWS THAT COULD BE CONSIDERED UNDENIABLE PROOF OF ALL THESE GAMES BEING AI-MADE so please report all of the games with these characteristics as AI made

I reviewed the code to look for Tailwind, but Sources revealed something more interesting. They're React apps.
That raised another red flag for me, LLMs know React a lot, LOT more than other frameworks because React is a fossil and there's a lot of documentation out there.

But something else piqued my interest shortly after.

In both of these games, this image is present in the loaded sources.
I had felt this had to be some kind of template which would make my reports wrong not as AI but shovelware, so I decided to reverse lookup this image to see what I could find.

That last image, that's the homepage at volter.ai. It's definitely a slop excretion machine.

ALL of these games have these things in common, so it's a good idea to report 'em all as AI-made and share these findings around.

All four thumbnails are AI slop, and all four games are generic shovelware. Not sure why these games are passing judgment.

I've noticed a pattern with these games.
They're all built with TailwindCSS in terms of the UI. Tailwind is super modular and easy to prototype in, so I have a very strong suspicion the games are made by vibe-coding (LLM AI doing 90% of the work). Some music tends to repeat in some entries too. Lately I've been seeing these and flagging them down myself but it seems there's SEVERAL accounts doing this.
