Yep, I've caught it before and it's been removed by the mods.
I could not find anything in the Movie Guidelines that says you can't upload Games in the Movie Portal.
Must've been taken down for something else.
I didn't remove it this time, but in the past, I have removed improperly submitted games or movies. But always include a DM to the submitter with an explanation and encourage them to resubmit in proper portal. Usually it's an honest mistake.
to be completely clear on that one,
the MOD includes a DM to the user or, we the user base should be including all kinds of nonsense and reaction gif's in a DM to the user telling how bad they smell

On the one hand, you're right in this being a slideshow, on the other hand, the slideshow nature is a stylistic choice based off it being a homage to a similar slideshow made sixteen years ago. This feels like an edge case to me.
I personally support letting it stay here, but I'll happily defer to mod judgment on this matter.

Still doesn't change the fact that it's an image slideshow. Style shouldn't be in consideration for letting it slide.

no youre not allowed to reupload it. the original artist has to upload it themselves (if it isnt a collab)
