Blam first, report if necessary. We added the rule to allow the removal of non-blammed crap. Blam in the priority, tho. Reporting crap here has taken the priority, and that needs to revert back to the way things are intended. This thread is for discussion first, and reporting second.

On the other hand, I've been here for far too long and seen far too many rule-breaking submissions that are easy blam targets passing the Portal, some with a score far from blam territory.
