Your prayers have been answered: it's stolen from Space Goofs, which is an obscure French animated show and I say this not because I know the show, except I know the show from the fact that Xilam worked on Oggy and the Cockroaches and let's say I thought about looking at the Wikipedia around and bam, here we are.

But I don't know the episode it's taken from, so safest bet it's stolen from the show.

Did you even watch the submission?? Like not even at 2:38, 4:22, 4:28, 6:39, and 6:48 and made you think "Yeah, I can see why it gets the M rating." Can attest to this being the case btw. When BlueMonday1984 posted the submission here initially it was only 4 seconds long and ended at the part where they cut from the green to the blue alien-looking thing.
