that's maybe not the end of this conversation, a quick read through the author's other submissions are showing me that many other pieces from this author were created in Aurastudio.tv

digging into it more, its a program that was created by Leo campasso, who sounds like a bigshot in the professional animation world, and it seems like Leo is using the program to create the animations with a team of other creators, much the same way that we would use gmod to create animations, buuut this Aura Studio program has AI capabilities

However, given that the OP also posted stolen artwork and that the original video is months old, it's incredibly likely that the submission is stolen.
I will say that in my personal opinion, saying "as stated by the author in the description" shouldn't be used as the main evidence of something being stolen unless it's a link to stolen audio. I've seen submissions giving credit where credit is due in the description while still being its own original work, and there can always be translation/grammar mistakes and such. It's always important to try and find the original source!

It's a tough one for sure. Emily was quite famous on NG some time back. I think the character comes from this movie,
but as to how it's been done remains to be seen. Personally I think Emily's works are much crisper & cleaner & smoother.
