Not original creator. These types of reports are most likely to be taken down than blammed.

in the audio portal, you would be completely correct
in the movies and games portals we look for the copyright and then need to match the audio pretty closely
edit: oh I get what the company did... they changed the instrument being used from the 1973 version and copyrighted that version... that's why the release date is 2017 and it was uploaded in 2020

You're right. However, regarding the Cokernut version, it was released by the MFP label (owned by EMI).
In the bio of the label on Discogs, you can read that the label was revived in 2006
From the 3rd April 2006 MFP was revived under the control of EMI Gold
Which means the music released under MFP are still copyrighted.

I also think it probably won't pass judgment, but I'd rather flag something that gets blammed than pass something that gets saved.
