Your submission must not simply be an advertisement. This includes short "low substance" videos intended to direct people to your Patreon. It's ok to promote a Patreon but your upload shouldn't feel like a gimmick to simply siphon viewers.

This is self report, how can you submit a Movie submission that DOES violate the Movie guidelines as a form of shovelware but also make a review that violates the Review guidelines?? There's a good reason why you don't make reviews telling the submitter to not post this content or post stolen content because you're just asking people to flood the whistle pipeline with the same exact reports. It doesn't matter if it's true, just don't DO IT and just post it HERE. If you really want to tell them "Hey, please don't post this content because I'm from X and Y isn't allowed because Z." just go to their PMs. The reviews have no place for telling someone what's appropriate to post on NG.

How did you get that error exactly? I'm using Firefox and I've not encountered the error at all at any point in my experience.
