Looks like we got ourselves another lucas1132-tier user; since all of the content they've posted since signing up today is more or less just stolen material. I guess minus the audio track upload... which is just a five second scrambled mess of noise. If it does get picked up by Shazam and links back to something, I'd be surprised but unfazed lmao. I don't suppose there's anything we can do about that, since it's not really legitimate music content by any means? I'm sure nobody would miss it.
They've also got an art portal submission that's literally just the Snee Oosh, Inc. production company card that you see at the end of every Hey Arnold! episode. You can compare it to the same image that's presented on the cartoon's fandom wikia, but with the compressed quality on their upload of it my guess is it's a screenshot from the end of a video file.
The fact they didn't make any effort to edit out the self-credit introductions in their movie portal uploads makes our efforts so much easier, doesn't it?

I don't know if YouTube does that. Certainly CringeTok does it, but I think for the later's case it's up to the users themselves whenever or not they wanna throw in any sort of branding while doing their thing in the video editors. Most of the big names will end up plastering their names all over the frame though, or do some sort of little intro cue. Remember when people used to do like minute to two minute long little introductions on Movie Maker that was just a montage of video game footage, set to Dreamscape?

I think there is a feature to add a "watermark" to your uploaded videos, but that becomes part of the player in itself instead of being burned into the actual footage. Right now it's just a little icon that pops up on the bottom right of the video screen, but it would not surprise me if that gets changed or YouTube messes with that in the future. They always seem to have an agenda to make their website as torturous to work with as plausible...

from discussions with exedor, this is a direction that I would love to see newgrounds go in in the upcoming days or months. Maybe it could be set as the unofficial standard that things that fall under a certain level of rule break cannot be or maybe recommended to not be removed for a day or 2 to allow them to die naturally
and then to prevent abuse of such a system the upload number per day or week be assessed again
this would work primarily for the movies and games portal but it would absolutely not work for instance for the audio portal
I also know (and agree) that this kind of idea will not sit well with individuals that are trying to increase their whistle colour

It is more energy intensive to deal with, because there are so many bad actors.

No animation production whatsoever; just music set to a still image. Seen this kind of thing reported within the past, so hopefully I'm covering this one right. As for the song itself... have you ever seen the Angry Video Game Nerd episode where he covers the Bram Stoker Dracula game on the NES? His reaction when he listens to the music in that game is exactly what is happening to me checking this submission out.
