There's a bit more to that than being just an Audio Visualizer. That can stay up.
HO HO HOPE you become a Newgrounds Supporter this year!
We're working hard to give you the best site possible, but we have bills to pay and community support is vital to keep things going and growing. Thank you for considering!

Meanwhile, I couldn't find any animation in this.
There's not BUT I got a feeling that's gonna give the '0' voters what they want. If not it'll get the treatment.

I'm going on a limb and say it's shovelware because one main reason:
Tools like Objection.lol.
Seriously, as much as I've defended the usage of GoAnimate, the video itself didn't take any actual effort to make because all they had to do was go on a site or a tool that makes Ace Attorney visuals into a video, put in the dialogue, and have completely 0 input in the animation. At least in GoAnimate, sure, you could drag and drop templates to make a video, but GoAnimation isn't an AI service that does the animation for you. In fact, you HAVE to make your own animation. If there was something in the video that suggested that an actual human animated the whole video, then I would buy that they did put effort in it, because you wouldn't be exactly confined in whatever the tool was used for the video, like for example, squash or stretching the sprites.

Just because it just slipped by the cracks doesn't mean it SHOULD stay nor is it legal. It could be that nobody reported because nobody thought at the time violated the Movie Guidelines, because come on, what does the average NG user know ANYTHING about the guidelines?

I'm not your average NG user & I've read the rules of submission more times than you could possibly imagine. Neither of those submissions break any rules & are entitiled to be voted on. Furthermore 'Shovelware' is a term for shitty low quality, low effort, mass produced games NOT movies.

To give my 2 cents, I don't consider subs using objection.lol to be rule-breaking in and of themselves - far as I view them, they fall in the same realm as machinima, where the creator's using the assets of another piece of media to produce something original.
Of course, there is nothing stopping you from voting 0 on them if you think they should be blammed.

Did it? I must’ve missed that.
Was it later republished because a mod made a mistake and restored it, or did the author blatantly reupload a rule-breaking submission?
At 1/27/24 12:22 PM, AlexToolStudio wrote:i think the mod made a mistake because it the same one
Using Special Mod Tools that I have, I can access the list of unpublished/republished movies & games & I can 100% assure you that it was not unpublished/republished or deleted by the submitter or a Mod, it never happened, if it did happen it would show on the list & it absolutely does not.

just to answer all of your questions about this or maybe to add to your idea...
this submission predates the shovelware rule, it is allowed to stay
though it was a contributing factor to the creation of the shovelware rule

Uses straight up gameplay footage from Zelda: Majora's Mask. I guess you can make an argument that it's also just a mere song set to a visualizer or something that doesn't have any animation production, but probably best to make your reports with both in mind. Or at least swayed more towards the first point in mind.
Either way, this is more of an Audio Portal thing. Kind of a shame though as the song itself isn't too bad if yer into lo-fi type of stuff... but poor presentation for it on the site.

With that username, you'd think it was just a case of a user who just signed up wanting to try to slip the usual Spongebob or other old flash game that they've downloaded past the judgement portal for... some reason. But no, they've been registered since 2018 and have something in the art portal as well that's stolen. At least, the gibberish username and the one on the source don't match... and neither link back to one another. Again, I know Art Portal reports aren't really big on here... but it's related to another case at hand by Aalasteir here.

Does this qualify as bestiality? It's one of the Pal creatures from Palworld fucking a human.

How to tell if somebody has not played Palworld.
Now, aside from the fact that FICTIONAL bestiality is the more rarer cases in the board, this doesn't remotely qualify as bestiality because Lovander is just straight up an anthro scalie. 'Nuff said.

"Does this qualify as bestiality?" Simply put: no.
Can somebody check whether or not basingupfirstbase has reuploaded a blammed submission? I know that there's a new post that suggests so, but I need to make sure I'm reporting this RIGHT, because I swear to God, there should be a rule to stop these fuckers putting "(DONT BLAM THIS)" or something similar in title submissions because it's a waste of goddamn time figuring out who's violating the guidelines and they're all duds and no hits.

this is why you use the you voting history to look up the name of the user, provided that you are doing all your daily's its easy to search up the name of the user and then click through their recent submissions for items that you downvoted, got removed, and then you can make your report from there
