Another case of stolen material; user has footage of Hazbin Hotel on the corner of screen playing while their persona reacts over it. They may have a FaIr UsE cOpY pAsTe in the description, but their submissions fall against Movie Guidelines due to using video clips and material which they did not ultimately create. The show's also pretty much copyrighted material... hence the watermark they threw on top of the footage in order to throw off any sort of AI detector.

There is a Shazam extension, but only for Chrome/Chromium browsers - if you're using Firefox, you're out of luck.

thats not actually how you use that rule,
tutorial file, is when you come across games or videos where the author used a online tutorial and then followed that tutorial almost to the letter and then uploaded the resulting product to newgrounds... that rule was created to cover the idea of ownership, who actually owns something when 2 people follow the exact same tutorial and then claim the other is steeling their idea

Tutorial videos are acceptable, some are just shittier than others BUT nowhere in the guidelines does it say you can't upload a tutorial. Someone with Zero flash skills may benefit from it & that's all that matters.
