I'd say this one is more likely to be blammed (when a movie is deleted from people voting 0 like a majority of live-action TikTok videos that get uploaded to this site), seeing its a low-quality animation with no audio. Definitely not worth reporting as its more likely to be blammed than taken down anyway.

I can tell you that still image 1 second spam videos (especially where the thumbnails are just live-action images) are much more likely to be blammed then taken down, because they get zero'd too quickly. Sometimes, there are times where the upload breaks and they eventually fix it while it's still "Under Judgment".

We should make people who make drama and/or contribute it be forced to post at least ONE submission that violates the guidelines, at least it's more productive to post the shit we come here for rather than just fuck around in the board. I'm pretty sure that this is a weird case, because it's basically the same movie but one's got a VHS filter and the other doesn't, and there's no reason for 913489 to exist aside from that since nothing in that one warrants a different age rating, so can 913489 be reported because at the end of the day, it's spam that at best doesn't require another submission that only changes ONE thing?
