it's a comic dub designed to be a comic dub
its also a lot better than several other recent comic dubs that have passed in the last little while

well, i did a quick count sorting under date instead of relevance I'm counting at least 20 submissions that are comic dubs, all of which have passed in only the last 2 weeks
clicking through a few of them I see far less elements of animation then what just got removed

There is a frame counter indeed, but it moves along with the images, so it still doesn't have any animation.

Not the original owner. I doubt anyone is willing to upload fan MLP animations especially those that mimic the show. I checked his DeviantArt account and its not there. Dunno where he got the SWF file though. From what I found, the original author is Alligator Tub.

Two things:
- While we greatly appreciate the help from anyone, regardless of their status as a member of the Barracks, you weren't on the official roster, so you don't need to announce that you're "quitting."
- I don't think anyone hates you, we just want you to try to understand the rules before posting a report. A lot of what you've posted doesn't break any of the rules, a lot of your posts are in ALL CAPS, and have a flippant attitude. This is a forum, not Discord. There are rules and norms that are different from what you might be used to elsewhere.
I do hope you'll stick around to learn what we try to do here, and that you'll try to officially join the ranks in the future.

Honestly, there's been two prior cases identical to this - one which I've reported - within the past few weeks, where it's literally just gameplay footage with added in text or modded dialogue to do some sort of storytelling. More or less what's going on here. But both of those entries are still up today, and they've been justified it seems for various reasons.
So I dunno about flagging it; I'd agree with you in that it doesn't possess much value whatsoever apart from the few people what would get something out of it... but I think this one might stick around. It seems to have passed judgement at least, albeit with a low score. The same user has more submissions which are similar, and those date back to last year... so probably not worth it to be honest.
