only complaint is that he can be a little harsh on people when replying, but that may change over time
Both are young men who are attempting to find their own identities in life, if being members of the EGB assists them in growing then I would encourage both be be members of our Barracks
I cannot speak on the application from Bluemonday, another member may want to speak on their behalf
I would encourage all 3 users to read the Code of Conduct and speak about how their interactions with others are in line with OR needs to be improved either inside of the EGB or outside in the greater newgrounds area.

Soundless movies are not against the rules, but should it, to some capacity?
For me, I think it should in some situations.
-/ If there's absolutely no sound, and it's short, this tells me it better fits the Art Portal.
-/ If it's long (ie. too big for the Art Portal) and there's no sound (or very few sounds), it's just an inconvenience, you should just v0te and move on. Even then, I think they should opt out of awards.
-/ If it's just music or existing audio from Oney, or one of those Reanimated collabs, it can pass.

As with all potential new recruits, your account and service history will be reviewed by the senior staff (including myself) to confirm that you are in generally good standing and an acceptable candidate. In addition, feedback from any and all EGB members that may support your acceptance would definitely be advantageous.
We'll need a few days to confer, and you should know by the end of the week of our decision. In the meantime, I ask that you please thoroughly read our code of conduct , manifesto, and for those who have not reached the rank of Private, our ROTC program .

Well, in their case, EVERY movie has no sound or music.
This one slipped through judgement. Fits somewhere between picture slideshow and art timelapse as its two images which pan in and out to display a recent art portal submission.

well, i did a quick count sorting under date instead of relevance I'm counting at least 20 submissions that are comic dubs, all of which have passed in only the last 2 weeks
clicking through a few of them I see far less elements of animation then what just got removed
