These reviews [in theory] tell people to add that to the URL so that certain games will play correctly. There's a small chance they might be removed if you flag them, but I'd recommend not to.

because of my antics over in the Ruffle Testing / Flash Preservation Crew there are ways to test against an upload to see if there is content that is available to be viewed inside of the upload
don't flag old old items inside of Newgrounds from years ago because we' have simply not gotten to the submission yet for making the flash animation or game work again, if it's a current item that you see pop-up in the under judgment section then the rules apply for games:
Your game must work on Newgrounds, in a web browser.

I have yet to see a blank screen submission in the movies portal pass judgment

All true. It used to say that you shouldn't address other users in the review space. The review space is for addressing the submission, not other users.
