do I think that it deserves to be destroyed when the original animations are now gone, the original site no longer holds the animations, they have not brought the animations backor have not even attempted to bring the website into line with a ruffle player, and their website http://www.360kid.com/port_animation.php is fundamentally broken?


this seems like a part of history that is about to be wiped from existence because the original creators dont care, but to be correct we have to destroy it

Modified work of someone else's material, albeit it's just various shows and films... primarily Spongebob. Doesn't look like the user did any of the animation either... apart from just throwing everything into a blender and thinking this is YouTube.

This is an easy case; falls against the Movie Guidelines of submitting content that's just music set to a visualizer, or of your project's timeline.


It also sounds like the audio was recorded from like a small speaker, or an external source too. What a great way to promote your material.
