I actually came to inquire of said uploader, as he pissed me off with his reply to my review, and didn’t know where else to ask about this - how exactly would I flag such content in the future? As “spam” with a description..? I’d appreciate any guidance at all with this really

I have flagged the said video, I clicked on spam and the reason why "video recording of an animal being killed."

Because the only thing the author did admit was the assets in the video aren't theirs, but I'm pretty sure it refers to BFDI assets and there IS an asset page for said series that lets you download the .fla files for every episode of BFDI to date.

Spam is ok, but "Abusive" would be closer. With that being said, the category is not as important as the comment. The account they say to be has no links of this Newgrounds account whatsoever, neither they have done any announcement if they actually tried to join Newgrounds that sudden.
Impersonators of popular artists aren't new by the way, for example, @jacknjellify, this account impersonated jacknjellify from YouTube and somehow got various awards, here's an archive.org link
