Disregarding that the dude doesn't even tell you what the hell is the show that's he talking about (It's "Wallykazam!"), there's nothing it particularly infringes on UNLESS it is a modification of another Scratch project.
The score for the submission IS 1.98 so unless people blam the fuck out of it, it stays because it doesn't satisfy the blam requirements.

Look at the shoulder pads. The one on the right has this weird spiky bump. I don't think there's a reason a human 3D artist would render them asymetrically.
When you look at Valzin's gallery you'd find lots of low quality shit like edits of FnF sprites and bad photoshops. And suddenly, a high quality 3D artwork of "live action" Megaman pops up. Kinda suspicious. What d'you think?

As for the discussion, the EGB is for discussing movies and games, and reporting urgent issues. The art mods have made it clear that they do not want a thread, since it becomes a blam club, or a flag party for flags that people didn't earn, and will shut it down should anyone start one. Best to PM a mod with questions. ;)

to answer this, the art submission is a photograph of a megaman toy with some alterations made to the left elbow and a distance blur added to make the different parts of the toy stand out or fade away, the tree in the background and the neighborhood street type of reflection on the chest pieces that roll over to other parts and the constant light angle that effects all components in the frame is too accurate for this user to re-produce or render
but as Exedor said, this is a no fun zone :p
