There's an section on the Art Guidelines which talks about the Content Ratings, it states M-rated submissions only must contain sexualization but no types of nudity. It's the Art Portal Guidelines, but it works for every portal.

It's a lot more important when the thumbnails are explicit, these look pretty tame compared to most.

So this submission here doesn't have any animated elements or production value whatsoever. Just live footage of empty rooms that's been fed through a filter and has some stock VHS elements slapped on top of it. Wanting to get a second opinion of it before I pull any triggers, but to me it looks more like a video montage than any kind of submission that has any elements done to it by hand...

These have been re-uploaded because they've been blammed once already, according to the description. While I haven't seen the original "animations" of the above which the user had posted beforehand, these submissions in particular are so poor in their quality, I really doubt that he's made any improvements to them. So they ultimately fall against the Movie Guidelines of resubmitting material without making any improvements to them.

Do what you shall with this information in mind. But I don't think anyone would miss them if they miraculously disappeared once again. Just saying!
