I've done some digging and found some additional links for anyone to recite in their own reports going forwards in regards to this specific case.
Be forewarned, for the links posted below are NSFW. Forgot to specify that in my previous follow up here... sorry about that.
- The Balak submission utilizes elements of The Train from the original creator's gumroad.
- Meanwhile Balak 2 uses material from both Maxine vs Goth Maxine Part 1 and Part 2. Again, off gumroad.
Also something to note is that Maxine's twitter has a linktr.ee posted for its website directory, and the Newgrounds account which uploaded the content in question is not listed within it. Curious that the culprit registered on Newgrounds within January of this year, but only is submitting stolen material now. There's also no other noted engagements whatsoever it seems... but alas, back on track now.

I’ve seen a similar case to this now in 2018 when I was in middle school I had to pick up my younger brother who was in grade 3 we picked them up from his classroom and they were in the middle of a cringey dance party of sorts they were playing in this really weird and cringey 3d animation from GoNoodle called cookie boogie and then a few years later when I was looking for bad animated movies on Apple TV I saw the trailer for another one hour long dance movie for preschoolers, and I noticed that one of the scenes had the same 3d gingerbread cookie characters from that other animation I was like what the hell and then I saw a bunch of other movies from the same developer. I was like there has to be a video on this thank God I found a sabrespark video on it guess what their name is nowwow animations they were a really shitty animation company that stole assets I’m curious if you can find other cases of that someone stealing 3-D animation to use it on their own or how about a case where someone was so lazy they decided you know what I’m going to use AI artwork and I’m gonna claim it as my own and I made it. I’m curious if you can scour this place and see if you can find something.

I also bring forth an alternate theory: LaszloFung used an alt to submit the movie.
Point 1: Fung claims to be banned from NG, sometime after Halloween, and most likely permanent. If it were temporary, they'd simply wait it out.
This ban prevents them from submitting movies, but not making reviews:
Point 2: FREEDOMFIGHTER420 joined on 11/19/23 and their only main activity is submtting the movie.
Either way, both cases aren't allowed, the former is against the Movie Guidelines, and the latter is ban evasion, which is also not allowed.

Yes, AI-generated content isn't allowed according to the guidelines. You can search the Guidelines on Google of each portal (Movies, Games, Audio and Art) to check what is correct and what is incorrect.
Remember the main focus is for content under judgement or not older than a week.
Taken from this project and even if it was the original uploader, it's still a modification of another project called Incredibox Template.

The EGB is for talking and posting about movies and games that violate the rules. We primarily deal with the under judgement section
There is no place to post links for rule violating art pieces at this time, a thread like that has been attempted before but it turned into a image scroll thread instead of its primary purpose which was to speak about rule violation items... As such it was removed a long time ago
