I have been having this question for a long time. What if someone under the age of 18 registers on Newgrounds, and lies about their age to access adult rated content? Will these people get banned, if the moderators find out?
All the footage here is taken from the Pokemon Lucario movie
Super Mario 64 gameplay with a few still images afterwards. No animation
No original animation. As mentioned in the description, the footage and art used are taken from other sources
Can I flag this as spam, for having no animation, only real life footage, or is it allowed to upload real life footage to the video portal?

that one yes, that's a good example of spam
something has to have legit production value like that of
to be allowed on Newgrounds, because it's pretty legit, and it has a bit of animation added in

They say in the description that it's not their video.

@tox, can you tell me what audio and art scouts are? And what they do and how to get them?

There are some helpful resources about this on the wiki:

Another great post you should definitely read: https://ornery.newgrounds.com/news/post/388624
Not gonna lie, I'm so tired of clicking on links that people have sent for flagging, only to be greeted by a post that has been blammed, so no one can report it. I always put 5 stars to protect the submission from blamming, so that they would rather get deleted by a moderator, and we would get whistle points.

Flags will happen in time. Don't worry so much about collecting flags. Blams are honestly the better way to take care of some of these submissions, because it's a definitive representation that the community has spoken about that particular submission, rather than the moderation process.

Maybe, but F whistle points over blam points. Whistle points are easier to get versus blam points. Blam points are rare, and difficult to get. And, if you vote 5 to keep bad submissions, you go against what Newgrounds is for. You rob those who work to get rid of the crap, and you rob yourself of one point to get another. Blam the crap, flag what's flaggable, and most importantly, enjoy the site. Don't turn it into a grind to get quickly and cheaply, what can be earned easily in time, and done with honor.

I only blam stuff that are really poorly made, or that I dislike personally. I don't just vote 5 stars on everything. You can check the blam points in my account. I hope I didn't break any rules though. Thank you for the message, Exedor.
Edit: I forgot to mention I only strictly vote 5 stars on the submissions that are against the rules, so that we all may get whistle points before it's deleted. Also, this brings me to a question. What if we flag something that violates the rules, but then, it gets deleted due to blamming. Would the people still manage to get whistle points, even if it was blammed, and not deleted by flagging?

the person that rates a submission as a 5 star, and flags it, and it blams out before a mod deletes it
they miss out on a blam point and a flag point
the person that rates it as 0 star, and flags it, and it blams out before a mod deletes it
they get a blam point, but miss out on a flag point
the person that rates it as 0 star, and flags it, and it passes but is taken down by a mod later
they receive no blam or saves points, but receive a flag point
the person that rates it as 5 star, and flags it, and it passes but is taken down by a mod later
they receive 1 saves point, and a flag point
the person that flags an already passed item, and it is taken down by a mod later
receives 1 flag point
I will direct you to the EGB home page though about what the EGB is, what we stand for, and our code:
The Barracks has always stood for protecting the Portal and being active on Newgrounds, giving aspiring flash artists a chance to receive good feedback, fair voting, and a proper chance to get their flash seen by the world. However, we do not just stand for voting like crazy and getting every point in sight. Indeed, our goals are higher than the selfish ones of the traditional Newgrounds "stat-whore."
I would encourage you to read about the EGB value system

Is this submission against the rules of the video portal?

I think a Mod mentioned Tom gave a pass on a similar video by the same user. Likely Tom will bend the rules for this one too.
But it's jut real life footage. How is it not against the rules?

I summon @tomfulp: Regarding toonhole's latest live action video, shall we effect the rules of the portal and flag it, or shall it stay per yours, and at the will of the NewGrounds' population?
Man, I don't have any "rules." I was just simply asking why it's not against the rules, if some real life footages are against the rules, but this one is not. You don't really seem to like me at all though.

Being formally homeless I am predispositioned to not like people and can seem defensive. I am trying to change that but PTSD is a bitch and she wants to continuously fuck me at every opportunity. Don't take it personally. I have no interest in hurting your feelings, I'm just trying to direct you based on previous observations and I don't feel I am getting through, and I think that is where the frustration lies. Thus I am having to bring the other people involved in the decision to keep the video.
But let's examine your question:
Yes, the video IS against the rules. HOWEVER, based on a statement by moderator Exedor for Toonhole's previous submission --it is likely Tom will allow it to stay despite any whistle blown.
Ah man, I'm so sorry about your PTSD. On 2022, may 17, I also got traumatized, when I was almost attacked by 2 older guys on the streets alone. No offence taken, I hope your life will get much better. Take care man, peace.
