Usually it's because they just forget to tick the ratings, perhaps @TomFulp should make it so that they need to be reviewed before something can be published, so not having them on a default option.

Art can be flagged as normal, and that's all that's necessary. Art should not be reported here. nor is there any art thread for it. Any art thread like that gets shut down quickly, as we don't want it. The EGB is allowed to discuss current submissions in a public format, but walks a fine line between discussion and blam club or flagging club. We don't want threads that allow or encourage mass flagging or blamming and such threads are terminated when they pop up.
