Go-animate or vyond is not banned. Like the SFM vids that come thru, it's cheap, and a lot of crap gets made on it, which gives it a bad reputation, but it's not banned in the movie portal. At least in SFM, users have to create the movements, whereas, go-animate has some pre-animated components, so it's a step down from SFM content. one step closer to.... y'know.....

The issue of this second upload was reuploading it without any significant improvements. Changing the music isn't enough

Pretty sure that's just flat-out video game footage. MovieStarPlanet is just a online free-to-play game about becoming a celebrity.
