After some more digging. I think Im in the wrong. Can see the similarities in the various webpages they have but it just throws me off with the different name and non linking between sites at the moment.
Guilty then. I'll take the penalties but is there a way for me to delete my wrong post?

if a post is made in good faith then the mod will likely delete the flag for you and not penalize you, you act in good faith for the betterment of the website often enough that we see where your heart lays with your report.
I wouldn't worry about the false flag
when I'm wrong about something I usually go back and change the flag to read something like

on the same note, I'm surprised that you have not attempted to join the elite guard barracks to have your name counted in the roster
people like HTFLumpy however, if they false flag they very very often get the ear flick of penalization as it has been proven time and time ... and time ... and time again... that they are falsely flagging or encouraging others to falsely flag materials under incorrect means

no, like, he would be flagging it or encouraging others to flag under a no animation rule, but there is "animation" because of the stairs on the right side of the submission, the most correct flag is, content not owned by the author
As pixel day starts I would like to remind everybody that is following this thread that you need to be careful about what you flag for a no animation spam flag. Many submissions you're going to see in the next little while we'll have minimal levels of animation but those minimal levels are in line with what pixel animation is.
