no, like, he would be flagging it or encouraging others to flag under a no animation rule, but there is "animation" because of the stairs on the right side of the submission, the most correct flag is, content not owned by the author
As pixel day starts I would like to remind everybody that is following this thread that you need to be careful about what you flag for a no animation spam flag. Many submissions you're going to see in the next little while we'll have minimal levels of animation but those minimal levels are in line with what pixel animation is.

Go-animate or vyond is not banned. Like the SFM vids that come thru, it's cheap, and a lot of crap gets made on it, which gives it a bad reputation, but it's not banned in the movie portal. At least in SFM, users have to create the movements, whereas, go-animate has some pre-animated components, so it's a step down from SFM content. one step closer to.... y'know.....
