the original file that the author is uploading is a .swf file, but they did something to the file in its creation or render that relies on the .swf to have a trigger, that was lost when it got uploaded to newgrounds.
if you right click the screen you will see the triggerless program give you an option to:
so the original frame is white, it just does not have the trigger needed to actually play the video
wouldn't be at all surprised if it's because of the Russian firewall given the nature of the description

Yeah, I'm having the same issue, when I tried the flash version of the game, it has the same problem as you do and when I tried opening the file via JPEXS Free Flash Decompiler, the software says that the .swf file has a "wrong signature," mainly so I can check whether or not the game has actual content. And no, the software has no problem opening .swf files from the site. I did so for [KK] yo mama and it works as intended.
