the original file that the author is uploading is a .swf file, but they did something to the file in its creation or render that relies on the .swf to have a trigger, that was lost when it got uploaded to newgrounds.
if you right click the screen you will see the triggerless program give you an option to:
so the original frame is white, it just does not have the trigger needed to actually play the video
wouldn't be at all surprised if it's because of the Russian firewall given the nature of the description
So essentially it's either means that, in a confirmation bias, it's obviously biterr and it's ban evading, or the other way around is that somebody's doing the dirty work to reupload them. Regardless of how you view the "Biterrr" account, it's gonna be easy points.
