While MMD can be considered a scene creator (Albeit it's more or less an animation software.), the artwork does not include links to assets he did not create, for example, Pac Man. The model itself is straight from SAB64's work, and the Ms. Pac Man model is just an edited version of the Ms. Pac Man model also by SAB64.

I thought it was hilarious, but yeah probably not appropriate for Newgrounds.

because if i title my toons with "rape" in the title, im thinking one of the mods thinks thats too edgy and removes it or something because hes an idiot

Woah... that is some good internet detective work. I knew something was off about this guy, but I didn't have the know-how to pin anything on them. Uploading something with a photorealistic depiction of sex with a minor is terrible on another level entirely.

Please report to EGS @ADR3-N for your room assignment and blam rifle issue. Odds are you'll be getting a room in the east wing, and I'm pretty sure EGM @EchoTense01 got that electrical short all worked out. But I'd still be careful turning on the TV and the room light at the same time. If you smell smoke or ozone, there's a fire extinguisher in the hall. Also, I'd be careful of who you follow into the head - certain members really enjoy their tacos, but somehow they manage to convert that tasty treat into weapons-grade mustard gas. We've already found EGSC @Lizzardis passed out in the hall, unable to reach his room after EGSC @Fro sat on the porcelain throne for 35 minutes. There are additional facilities in the west wing, but do not use the commanding officer's lounge, as that is grounds for potential disciplinary action - or possibly a very bad wedgie.

We're a fun bunch here, and I hope you enjoy your new position with the Elite Guard.

The rule in question is implied to cover real bestiality, which is illegal:

Do not submit illegal photography/video such as child pornography and bestiality. We WILL report you to authorities.

Whereas, this author (and all the others) is/was submitting it in animated form (ie. not real). It’s sort of a really iffy (or rather yiffy) grey area, but I won’t go any further than this.

Real whether it's AI generated animation over top of a real life video or the full stop video of that sort of Act is illegal and can't be shared on Newgrounds

The drawn, implied or fantasy roleplay submissions that you can find on Newgrounds are in a gray area but they don't cross the line enough to be considered for removal.

Generally speaking it's a money thing, and there's more money to be made in allowing this specific material to exist then to try to exclude it. Adjust your age settings if you need to

Plus if you look into the law, there are very weirdly specific stipulations in American law books on the actual depiction or characteristics of an "allowed" beastiality movie/fantasy depiction
