Evil Stacy and Darkness Mya Abused me and RaiTreGuy2k7/Arrested
---------
I'm just going off this guy's track record and so far he has stolen 3/4 things in the last 48 hours that I have personally called him on from the internet... I'm willing to place my whistle on the line and say that this is also stolen from somewhere even though I cant load the submission and verify against him

The author does not own this animation namely because I have seen this exact submission clip beforehand and I remember that I called it out the last time that I saw it too
The Anime Archival Project: H: KOTF S1 E85
It’s a standard YouTube reaction video with no actual animating.
Yea, I farm Anal Penguins. Do something about it.

Sounds like you're using a VPN! Byteslinger's flood detection doesn't play nice with those.
Nope, guess I just have a lame IP.

Hey, Jackho - PM me your public IP address and I will add that to the IP whitelist for the site. I've been getting hammered by large geographical areas by countless bots, and had to resort to large-block IP restrictions. Sorry about the unintentional lock-out. Same for anyone else out there - PM the details, and I'll add you.
And, yes, the anti-bot code will redirect you to a meme site if you fail the IP filter. Just something I threw in to make life a bit more amusing.

can someone post a screenshot of whatever this re-direct looks like...? I'm curious now what this "meme" website looks like
please?
I don't know if anyone has noticed, probably not, but we have something that could be a problem... This guy keeps posting gameplay footage of something that looks like Super Smash Bros. Maybe he's trying to remake it without permission from Masahiro Sakurai since it looks that way with all the character reveal trailers. I mean, Super Smash Flash is one thing, but he's even got a download page. I wonder if we should tell the Nintendo legal department before it gets too risky.

It's a Smash Bros clone, but it stars various YouTube animators instead of Nintendo characters.
I'm more concerned that they are trailers, with mostly gameplay footage and barely any animation, and that she posted 10 of them over the span of a week AND also posted some posters in the Art Portal.
(I checked her Twitter and she's using they/she pronouns, but it looks like she forgot to update it on NG)

Sorry to double quote here but I’ve investigated this nonstop and it bothers me to no end that the submissions keep getting through. There’s nothing we can really do it seems. But it’s repetitive submissions almost daily with the same exact content.
Maybe they don’t understand how the website works, I mean we’ve all been there. I still don’t understand everything here.

Ah, the good old days when porn hid in the hentai section and didn't dare post explicit thumbnails, and I didn't know the definition of Ahe-Gao face...

Let me get out the lawbook again.
According to the Movie Guidelines:
"Do not submit Let's Play videos or anything that primarily depends on recorded video game footage."
Yeah we can probably report them under 'no animation' or 'Gameplay footage / trailer'

I don't think that is the purpose of that rule to be used like this
like yes I have noticed the pieces and I looked over all of them, but they belong to the creator, its all original, yes its annoying... but I don't think it actually crosses the line
for instance, IF I were to go out and do a demo of the video game then I would definitely say that I have crossed that line, but since the owner of the game is creating large changes in their own game, and showcasing them as a quick snippet video showcasing the individual characteristics of a new playable character then I would say that it's allowed
if it was only a single new move over and over again, then yes again I would say that it is barely crossing the line, but let's take the Jaden animations upload https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/845789
all original moves, colors, everything, compared to other uploads. That's a lot of work and time
annoying.... yes
crosses the line... no... but dances somewhat near it

Furthermore, although it's parody it still breaks the rule: "Your submission must not be a modified version of someone else's work..."
Yeah we can probably report them under 'no animation' or 'Gameplay footage / trailer'
Or just a movie portal ban with a note from M-Bot saying "keep gaming footage on twitch along with your v-tuber content."

I literally just saw all of these replies. My question is on whether or not it’s on the line, like tox said, because it’s their own game. We see alphas of games all the time. Someone re-releases a new game with minor updates and that’s fine.
If someone is uploading their own creation as a demo video then that’s still against the rules? I think I’m confused about it.
I don’t want you all to think I’m taking the creator’s side. I’m sick of seeing these videos, but I don’t want to flag something for no reason.

Stolen from the internet, the author does not own the animation or featured art, conveniently the author admits to this in the video upload description
Where is Shima Luan?

Hey everyone it’s time for APF’s dumb question of the week:
Is Piconjo day another day where everything gets through in the portal? I know on Clock Day pretty much everything used to be a save in celebration of “B” but I can’t remember what Piconjo Day was really all about.

I would half assume that its "war" day for the barracks

No. Vote appropriately. A lot of blamming happens, and there are no "everything gets thru" days, unless people give up voting correctly.
I know on Clock Day pretty much everything used to be a save
I get blams on Clock Day. Again, if we give up...
but I can’t remember what Piconjo Day was really all about.
Just another theme day.
