Maybe he's trying to remake it without permission from Masahiro Sakurai since it looks that way with all the character reveal trailers. I mean, Super Smash Flash is one thing, but he's even got a download page. I wonder if we should tell the Nintendo legal department before it gets too risky.

Sorry to double quote here but I’ve investigated this nonstop and it bothers me to no end that the submissions keep getting through. There’s nothing we can really do it seems. But it’s repetitive submissions almost daily with the same exact content.
