Four words?! OMG. You need to research SFM and garry's mod. Basically, they are sandboxes where you can use game assets to create videos. They are free downloads and can be learned quickly, so users create spammy, low effort videos quickly, and of course, pornoz. Doesn't mean they're gameplay, nor against the rules. Just v0te appropriately when necessary.
