as for the NSFW links, if you have your settings set correctly for Twitter/Patreon/insert website here, then the content is usually blocked from view, although there "should" be a safety link... if you are already watching something about a bj, or biiig sexual organ imagery items on NG you should probably think that you are getting close to the NSFW boarder already
this is a minor detail compared to......
the submitter did the audio, someone else did the art
you have it half right in your confusion about the rights and wrongs of this
the correct method to view this is:
Question if this breaks community guidelines:
- You must be the creator and owner of the content you are submitting.
because the animation is usually done by someone else and the submitting party is only doing the audio

could ALL of this person's submissions be considered standalone projects if they were submitted without the audio and if they could be standalone projects is the addition of the audio enough to allow the submission to survive above a 2.0 score?
I would argue that since the submitting person here is not the direct creator of the animation then all of their submissions are flag worthy as a result. the audio can go in the audio portal at that point and we can see how the lads over there deal with the audio quality
since you are the original flagging individual here I would suggest that you flag this ASAP so you can get the whistle points
