it is best to be able to fill out the fields that are required, in this case it is at a glance a pretty open and shut case of a spam video submission, but for instances where you are reporting a rather gray area of a video or a submission when it is best to fill out the description as best as you can
adding links, citing rules, and describing how and where you were able to find the original source is always preferred.
the more information the better in most cases... but for blatent rule braking then it is usually sufficent to simply describe what is going on so that a mod can quick glance at the description, take a quick view of the video, agree with you or disagree with you, and move on with their own day
