Then, now you know it's properly rated. You can't go by the title, the thumbnail, or the tags when determining things like this. People mis-tag and mis-title things all the time. There are fetish submissions that should be adult, but characters still have clothes mostly or fully on. These need A ratings. The posted submissions doesn't need an A rating. You must do appropriate research on an item before you post about it. Actually watching it is a good start.

If it blams, he'll have 2x blams in a short period and he'll get an auto-ban for a while.

You should be able to make that determination yourself. Always v0te on crappy submissions (never vote 1, always 0 or 2 and higher), but only flag rule-breaking ones, and it's only necessary to report urgent ones here, or ones that slipped past Judgement that are rule-breaking.
