The Movie Guidelines say that even though they aren't allowed in the Movie Portal, they are still planned to be implemented at some point. For now just v0te fairly.
Do not submit speedpaint / art timelapse videos. We would like to accommodate these in the future but for now your best option would be to embed a YouTube video under your finished art entry in the Art Portal.

Posting here doesn't actually net any whistle (report) points. Personally, I like to post in this thread when I see particularly egregious violations of the rules (mostly those that are blatantly stolen), as well as some of the more silly rule violations I find.
The only ways to actually earn whistle points would be accurately flagging submissions and reviews. If that years-old submission is actually noticed by a moderator and removed, you'll get those whistle points when it is.
