Well, don't you think that something classified as an animation should be, you know, animated?
The Movie Portal is reserved mostly for animations. The guidelines say that:
"Do not submit pictures in a slideshow format."
Although the rules didn't say anything about a still image, I think it can be inferred that if pictures in a slideshow format isn't allowed, then a single still picture wouldn't be allowed either.

This almost reminds me of those narcissistic NewBenjamin submissions (which do have some creativity in them, at least).

Had my doubts on the third one as we've reported a self-made ad before which was removed by moderation, but this one's apparently had quite a bit of effort put into it, even though it's for commissions.
