Do we have newer rules on stealth edits of reviews for personal attacks in obits as well as submission author reviews?

Also checking if NG moderation team has full access to edit history as this is the easiest form of abuse and confusion.

Commander, level 60 or promote the whistle directly to Deity, the API tends to have issues understanding queries at times and it's not always easy to diagnose even by looking at the outcome. Title is a bit confusing. As for content, no link to subscribe to and author's account is fresh. Doesn't mean they did anything wrong if it's their own content, though - I suppose the how to subscribe part in the second one is acceptable.

Harassment is best reported via DMs with evidence so NG moderation can take care of it (adding that part to make sure it does not sound like backseat modding). While users can be triggered with mere submissions, they can also be triggered by attacking them in reviews (usually reported) or author replies to submission reviews. Obit attacks may also cause this, stealth edits aren't exactly invisible to anyone.

I don't exactly see the point of risking it being shot down by republishing the new one instead of applying the changes directly, but I'll admit I'm not quite familiar with project updates. Users concerned about low scores after judgment ends should remember the scores can easily be inflated (or deflated) even by a single, low voting power user.
