Now in the other hand, if posters made by Source Filmmaker or Gmod was sent to the Art Portal, you can flag those.


Unless you made it, you cannot use 3D models and assets from other games.

We were founded in 2005 by EGSC EagleRock to provide a user-based community that helps keep the portal safe and balanced. We watch for rule-breaking content, improper reviews, stolen material and anything that just doesn't really belong here. Ok i have thinked it for a little bit and, Yeah ill join the ROTC to start, i really like to see stuff here, mostly art (in undiscovered artists) to see if i can find new good artists and check they progress on newgrounds ( i will be also reviewing in the other portals). thanks for responding my post!

"Blam and Protection points are earned by voting on a movie or game that is "under judgment." If a user votes a 0-1.5 on a movie and it is subsequently deleted (see deletion qualifications below), the user receives one Blam point. Conversely, when a user votes 2-5 on a movie that successfully passes the judgment phase then that user receives a protection point.


Blam and Protection points augment a user's voting power (which otherwise would be strictly based upon experience). The increase is a percentage bonus based on the user's level. You also get a fun little badge to show how 1337 you are."
