The original creator is PallidSFM. Their account was wiped from the Tumblr but duplicate reuploads of their work can still be found on other sites and their watermark is still on it. The uploader took the original animation and looped it twice.

How did this "game" pass? It shouldn't even count as a game, there is barely a goal and no obstacles other than on purpose running off the edge of the map. You really can't lose. Could someone tell me if the remixed green hill zone song is allowed? Because it wasn't mentioned by anyone where it was gotten from or if made by the uploader. he is known for shit posts,spam, random things that dont make sense , his movies and games do have a severe lack in quality but its what he does
even so the idea of funny can be anything so it is understandable

If someone creates a movie and hires a VA to voice the lines, does it break the following rule?
You must be the creator and owner of the content you are submitting.
Your submission must not be a modified version of someone else's work, including tutorial files.
Do not submit pictures in a slide show format.
They do not own the images used, it's copyrighted to an artist in DeviantArt. (Also what if you got the original creator's permission?)
It's a comic, so it's basically switching panels to panels with a VA voicing the lines.
Please explain it so I can understand for future references.
