You can post a link to let others know, but you can also click the flag icon on the top right of the submission to generate a flag for moderators. I'm assuming you mean this one:

Another thing on flagging: if I flag someone for improper (think it's the only one this would apply) and afterwards the rating gets changed to the appropriate one, do I become the bad guy?

Well, if the mods change it, they'll clear your flag. If it's changed by the author, they'll clear it and won't dock your whistle points, 'cause they know what your intention was, so don't worry about it.

- to post things that need immediate action, like real-porn clips, or those screamers that take over your printer.
- to post questions about content you're unsure about, like that ad agency submission.
- to post ...I dunno, other stuff.

You don't need to post general flags here. ...unless you want users copying and pasting your flag report to bump up their own whistle status using the work that you did, and doing nothing on their own. We do tend to get to things a bit faster when posted here, but...

These three games appear to be the same thing (2 different authors) with the exception that one of them is missing the background and object graphics (763898, emitman 213) (though the in game events and objects are still there just hidden) ..
