Ok, time to drop this topic. There's too much analysis on a simple subject. You're trying too hard to get points, and you currently lack discernment. If you flag one wrong, not a big deal. If you flag a bunch that are way off the mark, you'll get punished. This discussion is getting old.

One: Has small hands, but that's about it.

Two: Has no nudity whatsoever.

Three: Has no ...tits or nips or genit...dafuq. How does it have such a high score? Correctly rated. Not flaggable.

Four: Does not look underage. Looks partly traced and modified from elsewhere...

Five: No genitals. No sexual activity. May not even be human. I think it's actually kinda cute.

Six: Has boobs. Not child. I did bump it up to an A rating, tho. You focused so hard on that one that you missed this one that was E rated, and others from that artist. When you find one flaggable entry, always check their other submissions, as you'll likely find more.

If you had flagged these, you might've gotten one point, but you might've gotten punished for more than one of the others.

So, here's your crash course:

If it looks like this (nsfw) or this (nsfw) or this (nsfw) and has nudity and/or sexual activity, flag it.

If it looks like this (nsfw) or this (nsfw) or this (nsfw) your chances of losing points is very high. "Teens" are substantially less flaggable than "child." Fap, yes. Flag, no.

That's exactly why I'm asking instead of just flagging. Thanks for the detailed response. I don't think I'll play with flagging in the art portal for now, though, I was 100% sure about the first one. I'll certainly get most wrong if I try. I'll just observe and read more forum posts about it.

They look very high quality but the account seems suspicious. It's a new account with no links to anything anywhere and I feel like I've seen these before somewhere, I'm just not sure where.

The audio guidelines state "Newgrounds is a place to share your own original works, not to post your favorite song from the radio or a song your friend asked you to upload. If you didn't make it, DO NOT upload it." So I'm guessing even if copyright free, it would still be removed by the moderators. Been seeing alot of missrated posts lately- clearly nsfw like sexual stuff or atleast very suggestive or naked stuff getting e ratings- is it just me or does that happen and im just now seeing this pocket of goofed rated posts on newgrounds?

bheen trying to not report the suggestive stuff if it's just been posted- also sorry if my grammars shyte right now. if somethings suggestive but too low a rating ive been leaving a comment or a mail to the creator warning them incase- dont want to just flag spam everyone not safe to do that anywyas and i dont wanna be an ass. though if i see something like two oc's screwing and it's E i have to before it causes issues ( not sure what flag response time is from devs / admins/ moderators are )

I think people who leave comments informing the artist to change the rating are kinda pointless. Report and move on, and I think if people insist on making those comments on the images, then the least they could do is check back the next day to see if the rating's been changed and then delete their comment.However, they can't even be bothered to do that most of the time.
