I'm not sure when it comes to copying graphics from other artists into movies. The movement is well done, but it's also just a part of a page from One Punch Man (as admitted by the user in the description).

I mean, the pixels are exactly the same. To animate it's a technique that copies to Illustrator to cut the image into parts, then load in After Effects and use cage deform to animate. It's used mostly in Motion Comics.

That sorta content screams of something i've seen on sites like tumblr and Deviant art, where users will "push the envelope" persay, drawing their art closely to a certain illegal fetish related concept or just for deviant art, making something very nsfw however leaving out the bare minimum to not cross the line and have their content removed.
This is all stemming personally from seeing today that my wistle got dumped in the garbage after I tried to be more active and fairly critical on reviews for the past couple weeks- first time ive really done this much positive and negative review posting since I first joined roughly a year ago. This isn't a help get it fixed comment or a random rant but more of a question- and something to sate my curiosity. I wanna know if it was better i let that disturbing content I marked be, if the posts of children in suggestive view be, rather than reporting it as I did.

Yes, you should. If whatever you are reporting depicts a child in any inappropriate scenario, you should report it.

You should scrutinize it, and ask a mod about it until you're more sure of your flags. But just because a "child" is included, does not mean it's child porn. It might be ok, and you might get pinged for it. I say that because:

That M could probably even be a T. Those last 2 are E rated and yet I remember them being reported as child porn, along with quite a few others of the same subject matter from that artist. If you flagged those, you probably would've been punished. They're E rated and that IS an appropriate rating.
We get a lot of reports about things submitted by Shadling. Sometimes, the flags are correct, but not always.
This (T) got reported as child porn/a child in a suggestive situation.
This (T) also, reported for child porn.
This (M) gets reported quite often, and often, users get punished. We put it as M simply because of the frequent flagging.
With all of the above, there is no nudity. There is no sex. Therefore, there is no child porn. There are no "suggestive situations." But wait, she's only X-teen in the show, right? That's where we get to another thing that trips up a lot of users.
The judgement is based on the appearance of the character, regardless of if the artist 'says' they are 18+. So, it doesn't matter if they're 12 in the show, if they don't look 12 in the image, then they're fine. If she's 30 in the show, but the artist draws her as an 8 or 9 year old, then the age in the show doesn't matter- it looks like a child, and we pull it. Misty from Pokemon comes to mind.

At the moment, I don't remember seeing any flags from you recently, so I'm not sure exactly what caused the drop in your stats, and I don't have time to check at the moment. Still, if you flagged the E rated diaper babies, that could've hit you.
Edit: Actually, that's exactly it. The diaper babies got ya. Contact me if you have any more questions or doubts, but just remember: it ain't child porn if they have boobs and there's no sex or nudity. That's a good starting point. ;)

Krev, you're a sight for sore eyes! Haven't heard from you in...too long. I've missed you quite a bit - so good to see you again in the forums! A lot has changed around here, but we're still going strong. Not as many members as when you were active, but those that are here are great folks who really do the EGB proud.
I used to have a Facebook account, but when I refused to give them my real name/address for registration, they got pissy - no more anonymous accounts - and shut me down. So I just use Newgrounds forums and PMs to keep in touch here; occasionally, we'll do email (I have a generic Yahoo account for that).
As for the EGB, EagleRock and all of the other commanders slowly faded into the sunset, leaving me as the senior officer. I became CBO, and then offered command positions to those members who showed exemplary leadership skills, filling in all the open slots. The EGB website was updated, we added an ROTC program (to pick up the slack of the unfortunately defunct NGPD), and cleaned things up a bit to keep it interesting.
Hope you decide to stick around for a while - so much to talk about! Either way, we're always glad to have you back. And if you think you'll be spending enough time here, we can always reactivate your position!
