He’s having difficulties with reporting and rating pics, and has ended up with a garbage whistle.

I’ve advised that if he has any doubts with pics, he should raise them here and get feedback from you guys. I’ve agreed with your reports, so I think you’re the right people for advice.

I don’t expect you guys to give a rundown of what should be reported or not as it depends on the picture. Just offering Neo some support and help him improve his whistle would be fantastic.

You probably can't flag content because of garbage whistle, but you can report abuse comments. Those can be spam, directly insulting to a user, links to their websites or pornsites, random gibberish, etc.

If you can find a few comments that are abusive and get back to normal whistle. I'll be more than glad to help you get to bronze, silver, or even gold. I'm currently working on deity.

Neo, continue to flag things, but only if you're sure of something. If you're on the fence, don't flag that item. Those are the ones that bite you in the butt. Your discernment needs improvement, so ask us about the ones you're not sure of. You must have successful flags to begin building up your whistle status, so yes, do keep flagging. I would personally agree. I think it would fall in an A rating for the following:

There's nothing aesthetically pleasing about this. They just took a bunch of scenes from some Megan Fox movie, added some music they probably don't own in the background and the effects are nausea-inducing.
