Got another spicy Construct 2 default platformer here. The game uses the theme song of "Pirates of the Caribbean" as its level theme and the ending screen uses "We are the Champions" by Queen so it should probably get removed. The game is extremely short so it's not hard to verify if you want to check.

Isn't this just a loophole? I don't think a soundless walking test counts as a movie, they even wrote in the description that they would of uploaded it to the Art Portal.

As far as I can tell, there are no differences from the original project.
The user who posted this also seems to be representing one of those shitty online game aggregators that just grab a bunch of random shit off the internet and put it on their site. Browsing through, their version of Swooop available on their site was posted on January 11 2019, the same date as they uploaded it to Newgrounds, and a far cry from the original 2014 release date.
The same user has also uploaded an another game called "Mr. Dubstep".
The game has a full version available on Steam https://store.steampowered.com/app/654610/Mr_Dubstep/.
Considering that there are no mentions of the full game or the developers anywhere on the description makes this highly suspicious.
The game's description's feature list is also ripped from the steam page's feature list.
This is just recorded gameplay footage of a game that the uploader posted into the portal earlier.

This is an old tie in promotional game for the old spiderman 3 movie. It's ovbious that the uploader didn't make it considering that it's an official promotional game from 2007. It can be found pretty much anywhere on the internet if you just google for it.
Uses Angry Bird sprites, might also be fully stolen. Interesting that Angry Birds is listed by name in the rules, I'm guessing at some point Rovio was displeased.

I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but there's been this guy called VladoChemist who's been uploading these completely identical crap default games into the game portal. All of his games are completely identical except for the sprites and the fact that some of the ear rape sound effects are different.
Somehow all of his games have also managed to pass judgement despite almost universally negative reviews aside from obvious trolls/shitposters. What do you guys think about this? I'm honestly having a hard time understanding how none of his submissions have gotten blammed so far.

I've also noticed this. They're not stolen and I voted 0 on all of them before they passed judgement. There's not much more we can do, unfortunately.
