Considering the amount of stuff that exists on the youtube channel, I find it highly unlikely that they would just upload this animation to newgrounds and not post anything else. Especially considering that the youtube channel has been inactive for an entire year.

I think you might have hit "reply" instead of "edit" when you wanted to add some stuff in. There's an extra bit in what looks like the duplicate that isn't there in the original:

I wouldn't worry about removing the old ones, but they can be removed if you want them gone.

With these, you may not need to flag them, but v0te appr0priately. There may have been some spam, but there was also a class that all submitted their projects here. It was all the same project, and they were all unimpressive snippits of a game. Thus, vote what you want, so as to help it on its way. <_<

Happy New Year! The first roster of 2019 - a new year, a new start - so many possibilities.

Right out of the gate, we have a user name change. Apparently, our current ROTC member is in the witness protection program, 'cause he changed his handle again. He is now Police Sergeant @TheBoogyFlicker . A truly inspiring image, especially since this weekend I admonished my 3 yr. old niece for doing that very thing in my car. She got some good distance - managed to hit the windscreen by my eyelevel all the way from the back seat. And if you try to wipe it with a dry tissue, that stuff just smears like a dead bug. Fun times.

Sorry, I digressed. We ended strong in December, with @Exedor and @Guthrie leading the charge in forum postings (and yes, I fixed the post counter!).

@Guthrie and @Peregrinus continue to be the top point chasers. I thought I did good with about 1,200 , but these folks left me in the rear view mirrors! Well done, guys! *Salutes*

If you're reporting it, please take it easy and don't report entire galleries. There's a backlog of stuff, and there's 880 flagged items at the moment.

Believe it or not, but I do hate taking down people's work, regardless of whether I think it's justified or not. To these artists there is a level of ownership to what has been created. Stolen work is a lot easier - they didn't make it, and they're being deceitful.

I don't like deleting en-masse at the best of times, as I have no opportunity to do a sense check to see whether the models are straight from a game, available on the web or 100% someone's work.

I'm also concerned that some of the items at the start of this list are a bunch of miscategorised pics, as they're easy fixes.

I'm not saying they shouldn't be reported - if people are using other people's models as the subject of the pic, I feel they should be dealt with accordingly. Just ease up.

The comments even have a guy with the same user name as the NG submitter saying that the original creator should post this to newgrounds and another comment that's a link to the submission.

It's clear that the submission wasn't uploaded by the original creator and also it doesn't seem like that they have the original creators permission either.

The original upload can be found on youtube on his youtube account: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3hgrw7QQpnE. 

His newgrounds account even has a link to his youtube while the uploader has no mentions of Alan anywhere on his userpage or the submission description making it completely obvious that the uploader stole it from Alan's youtube and that he's not Alan Becker.

I felt like posting this for posterity because I literally laughed out loud when I opened it.
