Yeah. That whole situation is just strange. Who would have guessed at any point that out of all things Tumblrs porn ban is what would end up putting some life back into Newgrounds.
Also to be noted. On the Art portal seems to be a lot of "M" rated material that carries heavy sexual content, some flat out are "A" rated pornography, and questionable material, such as characters depicted under age. Since the practical fall of Tumblr this has increased drastically in the Art portal, being flooded with NSFW material. I'll keep an eye on content that violates such policies, I've already had a few today. Just something to consider. Keep doing good work, everyone.

The same thing is happening in the Movie portal. I like that we're getting more traffic, due to the whole Tumblr situation, but holy fuck, there are too many A rated animations coming through, some of which aren't properly rated. I guess it's a good way for users to get whistle points, though.

There is no clean way out of this now. They're here and the only way to get rid of them is to sacrifice our integrity and reputation just when it's getting rebuilt. A restriction on the number of daily A-rated movies? But that would still piss people off. A hentai portal? An option to use filters when sorting through under judgment stuff? That might actually help a lot. It's a simple solution, but adding filters to under judgment could work. Every other part of the site has it, so why not? It wouldn't alienate the porn guys since the option would be visible, unlike Tumblr, which blocked searches and added an automatic "safe mode", from what I can tell. It would also be fairly simple to implement, I'm guessing, and people who don't wanna see porn won't see it. Like everywhere else. If the problem gets relaly bad, a separate section (with justas much visibility) could be added.

No, you shouldn't go easy. The art doesn't get deleted anyways, and you really need to flag this stuff. You can send them a PM to help them out, but don't go easy with the flags.

My opinion is you're right. Good find! There is some editing, but that's just normal let's-play stuff. There is no original narrative or animation that I can see in my skimming of it.

I think this could be ok if the comic creators are on board with it - they are both active on Twitter so I could try confirming with them and see if they'd be down for having a Newgrounds account. Ideally this entry could co-author them as well.
