Sadly, any author's replies to their reviews can't be flagged. I wish they could be in situations like these.

Marking the game as spam wouldn't do anything. Yes, it's very poorly made, but the issue is with the author leaving a rude review.

If he replies to your review with the same rudeness, you could bring the issue with the author to Tom Fulp.

I feel like the intent is what's important. I don't think you'd be penalized as long as it was substantiated. Heck, You could even mark it as one but mention it may be the other, then at least it goes to the mods.
