It honestly baffles me how these people expect these things are gonna go. Oh, well, I'm just gonna post this gameplay footage on a website that states 8 million times it is for original content. I'm sure no one will notice. I'm sure this won't meet the same fate as all the other 10 of my submissions. Hahaha I'm a genius.

It's even worse considering it's from a popular game. If any amount of people see it, they will know it's stolen. and the use of bandicam and the like make it obvious.

Yeah, they’re supposed to either live update or remove the older versions. Not sure about how that flag would work, spam on the older ones with a note linking to the newest?

It's not allowed. We don't see this kind of offender every time they come through. That's why it's important to bring it to our attention just in case.

I usually contact the author when they get around 5 submissions or so. I was about to contact this guy, but I had to get to work, and they've been pulled already.

This probably needs to be handled as well then, they don't spam constant updates but they do put out a new version of the game every couple of months, not sure if this series would count as exception or not?
I have been in contact with them, but it fell by the wayside. I'll get back at it, and so this is in progress.
Before anyone mentions them, I've looked into the Pussymon games as well, but they seem to be more like a new episode of... rather then a newest update of the same game. They have the same mechanics and some of the same elements, but are their own separate entities, I guess, so they are ok.

V0te appropriately anyway. Pumping out quick submissions does not necessarily mean spam. They may have a lot of submissions already made, but are limited to 2 uploads per day. But this guy is a different story. These are stolen submissions, youtube grabs, and yes, spam. I've got the request in, so he'll probably be gone soon.
