Radius College is a legit place in the Netherlands, so I guess it would be determining who has the most rights. If the games were developed as part of a program and collected under the college account (as it is, with the author named in the titles), does that preclude the authors from submitting them on their own? If someone knows Dutch and wants to have a chat with them maybe?

Then again, I guess the audio portal wasn't a thing when Madness Depredation (if it's from depredation, I'm bad at remembering music and comparing it) was made, so the author couldn't specify whether it was to be used with proper crediting (was Cheshyre making the music then or was that later), but still, no one is credited so I guess it has to be flagged.

It's from cheshyre - Calliope (2007), used in 43 different submissions which credited properly. Never actually used in a Krinkels Madness submission.

That guy is a serial thief. The audio is also stolen, and I can only guess the art is as well. Also they originally came to my attention for the username being similar to another flash thief, who conveniently commented on one of the audio.

I think the concern is more whether to prove enough to justify a flag. Advocating to v0te a certain way is a dangerous path to go down, since EGB once had a rep of mass downvoting to counter fifening by Clock Crew and others. Vote based on whatever criteria you subscribe to. You can always flag something later on if more information is presented.
