This guys are making an emulator, but are using all kinds of copyrighted stuff from pokemon (gameboy) games.

They also say in author comments that the program makes chrome to crash (and almost does on firefox too).

With art, there's a little flag button above the piece that you can use to report it. This is the Elite Guard Barracks thread where we deal with games and movies. That's also the only way you get any Whistle points for reporting it. :)

His twitch account is shown as a different user on his listed accounts, so it is possible that it's not really him. I also don't think content like this should be uploaded in the first place, but I don't think that itself is a reportable offense. It'll probably just be blammed. Don't take my word for it though, I could be wrong. ;w; That's just my hunch.
