In the Author Comments it says this is the opening for some french fashion channel. It's probably copyrighted and this doesn't feel like something that belongs on Newgrounds.

Looks like they could be the developer of that game (711 games). Their other submission was also developed by that studio.

Yeah. This submission is fine. No need to act on it. A lot of stuff gets posted on multiple sites and it just looks like BigDino is a sponsor.

Since he created the game, these fall into a grey area where it's ok. Yes it's game footage, but it's footage that he's the creator of. In the past, Tom's allowed people to submit trailers that contain gameplay of games they made. A walkthru of their own game falls under that umbrella too. :)
