Hello, Quarkster. I'm EGSC byteslinger, recruitment officer and acting commander of the Elite Guard Barracks (while EGSC EagleRock is away on some top-secret business). I can appreciate your desire to join, but part of the requirements is that you are at least a Private, with 2,500+BP, and have a good history of reviews and forum posts behind you. All this means is that you're welcome to post information about stolen or rule-breaking flashes, or joining in on relevant conversations and posts, and when you reach Private, you can request admission; if you qualify, you'll be added to the roster.
A few years ago, I would have referred you to the Newgrounds Police Department (NGPD), as they served as a training ground for all users under Private rank. Many of our current members started in the NGPD. However, they are no longer in operation (budget cuts and some allegations about the misuse of midgets during sprint break), so we'll let you hang out here if you behave and follow the rules.

Thank you for the reply, sir! I have done some research (wikia lol) and found out that "Private" is Level 9...still a long way to go for me but I won't give up, sir! It also says in my research that I have to become a "Stat Whore"? Well, anyways, can't wait to officially serve EGCS, sir! And if it is okay with you sir, may I ask for tips for gaining BP's?
