I've seen it, but it wasn't in the obituaries, which leads me to believe it wasn't blammed but deleted.

This one has a copyrighted thumbnail, and isn't even what it says it is. Shovelware that looks to be stolen from A-games.

That's all you can do? I mean, Draw My Life videos are YouTube material videos, so I would think that this would be free game.

Shovelware or stolen whatever you like. Same can be said of all his other submissions. A Google search easily uncovers the truth about all of them. All the games can be found on any number of other free download sites, all the credits have been removed or are credited to someone else.

Really makes you wish people would read the FAQ, eh? Double check me on that. Are any of these terms we use, like "youtube material", "shovelware", etc. expressly profane as per the FAQ? I know NG strongly suggests submitters use their own material, including music from Newgrounds due to the way ad revenue is treated, but I haven't read it since the last time I made a crappy little .swf.

Doesn't work for me either. That sad part is, I bet this game will make it through the judgement, because I've been seeing a few games that don't work properly or don't work at all and still get saved.

Well it worked for me yesterday but its not working for me now. And as Radaketor stated, controls were utter crap as was the actual game.

I tend to agree but this kind of 'shovelware' is reasonably acceptable since the author did seemingly put a fair amount of work into it. It certainly is not what you would call 'standard shovelware'. As harsh as I am with my voting, I personally think this deserves to pass judgement. It's at least worth a 2 in my book.
