It's appropriate only in that the submission is rated appropriately. The users have to select for the A rated material to be displayed, and we all know that no one ever says they're an adult when they're not (not that it asks), and so A rated submissions can use thumbnails depicting all the deviant buggery their lascivious hearts desire, since it's completely safe from the eyes of kids and teens. :)

So if it was E, T, or M rated and had a big ol' blowjob drawing on it, well, that'd suck (pun! :3) and it would be worthy of moderating, but since it's A rated, even tho it has internal anal inspection going on, well, we just have to sit tight. (pun! :3)

I'm not sure about this one either, I've noticed that a lot of speedpaintings/speeddrawings have been getting past the judgements, but I am not even sure if those are actually considered "animations"...
