I wish. It still sux. The one that got blammed was actually longer. This is a shorter one, but still crappy. He used the same thumbnail but it was actually different. Believe it or not, this isn't shovelware. It IS one of those go as far as you can, upgrade, go as far again, upgrade type games, but it isn't their normal shovelware fare.

If you vote to blam it and the users pass it, yes. It's not a reduction in points, it's a loss of a possible point.
On the topic, never vote 1. If you want something blammed, and you vote 1, you give the submission a little bit of point value, and it could just be the little bit that the submission needs to not be blammed. If you vote 0, they get no point value and it's the best vote for the chance to achieve the blam of the submission. :)

My bad then, couldn't be sure but another user stated the same in a review on the one that got through, so figured it was safe enough. Can't win'em all ;)

I think You gave him too much credit there - it's "Hog Hunter" on all the various free flash portals (which he didn't bother to remove from the description), with the SWF freely available. I believe this is the author, who has it uploaded on Kong since 2009.
