The third one is just a remake of fnaf2. The author even states that the assets aren't his.

Still checkin on this one. It's a "remake" but not a complete rip. They are allowed to use art to some degree (in movies, not in games from Nintendo, tho), but does it even work? I sat there for 10 minutes flickin light switches and nothing ever happened. :\

I'm not sure about this but I will post for your assessment. Simply because a fair amount of this little flash has the Superman Logo in it which of is Trademarked & Copyrighted.
Here's another construct 2 template. The only thing that was changed was the player sprite and floor tiles, with a bg music track.
