Also if you look at any of the games submitted or made by http://olegselyukov.newgrounds.com/ (he has a few games floating around the internet) you will find they all have, 'a game by oleg selyukov, 2012' on the main load up page.
This stolen one however has, 'a game by dot14' or as his Kongregate username suggests 'pommidorka'.
Not much to say about this one really. A gif at best. Flashing image, no warning.

Immediately after I open the game, it opens up to a Linkbucks advertisement. Closing it will lead to the game on a different site. Can't even vote on the damn thing.

It's ok if they steal ...er, borrow audio. I was hoping the whole animation was stolen, cuz it's stup... er, not to my liking. But yeah, people take audio clips and animate them all the time, and that's ok. If the whole thing is stolen, then I can act on it. :)

I was recently reminded of that in the mod forums: that's what the blam system is for. Yeah, it sux(the video). But, if people vote the sucky stuff in, that's their potion; that's what we do here, vote on things. There are plenty of things where people have taken audio from somewhere, and things where people take pics and cut them up and call it animation. This reaeeeally sux, so vote accordingly. it doesn't break any rules, unfortunately, so how we vote is how we exercise our power.
